The Boosey and Hawkes Imperial Euphonium was originally brought out as Boosey and Hawkes top of the line Euphonium model to please artists and professionals all around the world. The serial number (63xxxx) dates the instrument to being manufactured in roughly the last 1970s/ early 1980s. These instruments blow beautifully with a full and direct tone, and will service any professional player well.
This is a secondhand instrument that is in decent overall condition. There are a fair few dings and dents on the instrument, as you might expect to see on an insturment of this age that has been played regularly, but there is no damage that affects the instruments playability, and the valves and all slides work perfectly.
This instrument will be fully serviced and cleaned up in our workshop before despatch, which will ensure that the instrument will play excpetionally well and also look amazing.
